The first step is for you to send through any existing materials related to your project; this could include a project summary, grant application, published papers, posters and so on. The material you send can be supplied in any language and our expert term of translators will translate it for our Editors to use.

Step 2

Our highly experienced editorial team will review the material you supply and then interview you and any collaborators via email. We are experienced at posing questions that help us uncover the true relevance and impact of your work. You can answer the questions in your native language. You don’t need to write answers in English, we will organise translation for the publication.

Step 3

Using the interview responses and the material you supply, our editors use their vast writing experience to craft a structured article that clearly translates and communicates your work to a wider audience.

Step 4

The draft text of your article is provided for your review and final approval.

Step 5

Our creative designers then develop your article into a visually engaging, striking piece that aids the communication of your research. We source images from our extensive library as well as including images or photos you may have requested or provided.

Step 6

Finally we ask you to review and approve the final version. You will normally have 3-4 weeks in total to review the article.
